Sport Specific Online Training Programs
Our Body and Sol Workouts are designed to meet the general conditioning needs of three of our favorite outdoor activities: multi-sport (running and cycling), hiking and backpacking, and skiing and snowboarding. Exercises consist of sport-specific strength training, cardiovascular, and flexibility exercises. The end result is prevention of injuries and improved athletic performance. If you are new to exercise we recommend starting out with the Beginning Exerciser workouts and progressing to the next level after six weeks. Even those in expert condition will find something new in the Advanced Exerciser programs.
