Sol’s Personal Training Philosophy


Sol Fitness Adventures believes that fitness is more than a gym workout – it’s a way of life. Our gym workouts keep us in shape for the activities that fuel our passion for life. Whether you’re new to exercise and the outdoors or a weathered veteran, we invite you to experience an approach to training that is one of partnership.

We provide the encouragement, sound instruction, and professional service as your “partner” to explore and develop your individual fitness progression. You receive challenging, fun, engaging workout sessions. “Together” we move towards meeting your fitness goals. From studio weight rooms to sunny mountain hikes, our workouts are expertly crafted for those in need of a challenge, cross-training for a specific sport, or recovery from injury.

If you’re the do-it-yourself type but want a little guidance from the pros, check out Sol’s Online Workouts. We’ve created comprehensive workouts for three of our favorite outdoors sports: multi-sport; hiking and backpacking; and skiing and snowboarding. Start with the workout that’s right for you and then progress to the next fitness level: beginning, intermediate, and advanced. Workouts provide sport specific exercises to train muscular strength, endurance, and flexibility. The end result helps prevent injury and improve your athletic performance.
